Sunday Love Feast
Monday, July 31st, 2006Yesterday was the first anniversary of the installation of Sri Sri Nitai Gaurasundara at the ISKCON centre in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth. I had the good fortune of making the garlands for Sri Jagganatha, Sri Baladeva and Subhadra Maharani. The jasmine on the fence flowered just in time for the occasion - beautifully fragrant flowers in abundance. Dr Palmer spoke about Lord Caitanya and the chanting of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, Svetadvip prabhu lead some nice bhajans and the feast, of course, was sumptuous. All in all a sweet program.
